The elevated childrenswear packaging designer role in NYC seeks a candidate with 3+ years of packaging design experience. You will develop and refine packaging across categories, prepare production-ready artwork, and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and brand alignment.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite is required, with 3D design experience a plus. The role involves managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a hybrid, on-site setting.

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design or related field.
• Strong understanding of packaging design and production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Experience preparing artwork and files for production.
• 3D design experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, color, and overall design quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
