Downs Care and Rehab in Downs, KS is hiring a full-time Certified Activities Director to lead our vibrant activity program and supervise staff.

You will develop programming for residents with a variety of abilities, collaborate with the clinical team, and promote compassionate, resident-centered care. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $18 to $20 plus comprehensive benefits, including CEU reimbursement and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current Activities Director Certification.
• Current CNA license.
• Prior experience is a plus.
• HIPAA regulations compliance.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience developing and implementing Activities Program in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community's activity program and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement goals and programming for varied abilities.
• Collaborate with clinical team and maintain top-notch communication.
