Old National Bank is seeking a CRE Underwriter / Portfolio Coordinator to oversee ongoing credit quality and portfolio monitoring for a diverse set of commercial relationships.

The role coordinates review workflows, risk management efforts, and asset quality ratings within delegated authority, partnering with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to identify emerging risks and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial credit, underwriting or lending experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Review analyst analyses, annual reviews, covenant compliance assessments, and credit recommendations.
• Exercise independent credit judgment when approving risk ratings and credit actions.
• Escalate high-risk transactions and policy exceptions as appropriate.
• Identify developing credit concerns and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain understanding of borrowers' financial performance and industry conditions.
• Monitor assigned relationships for emerging risks and covenant compliance.
• Prepare Special Asset Reports (SARs) quarterly.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client retention and growth.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
