Qualifications

• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit Risk Management & Decisioning: review financial analyses, annual reviews, covenant compliance, and credit recommendations.
• Portfolio Monitoring & Administration: monitor assigned relationships, covenants, collateral, and exceptions; prepare SARs quarterly.
• Analyst Oversight & Workflow Management: coordinate analyst workflow, review work product, and coach on credit risk and portfolio management.
• Relationship & Internal Partnership: support client retention and collaborate with internal partners to ensure efficient portfolio management.
• Compliance, Audit & Reporting: ensure activities comply with policy, support audits and prepare portfolio reports.
