Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a CRE Underwriter / Portfolio Coordinator to oversee the ongoing credit quality of a commercial portfolio on site in multiple markets, including Louisville. You will coordinate review workflows, monitor covenant compliance, and support risk management efforts while partnering with Relationship Managers to drive prudent portfolio growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of commercial credit, underwriting, portfolio management, or lending experience.
Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk evaluation.
Working knowledge of commercial lending structures, documentation, and regulatory expectations.
Ability to make sound risk-based decisions and exercise independent credit judgment.

Responsibilities

Credit risk management, decisioning, and monitoring of assigned relationships.
Oversee portfolio management actions, risk ratings, and exceptions within authority.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to manage portfolios.
Prepare and review portfolio reporting, SARs, and risk assessments.
Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and credit standards.
