Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Seattle is seeking a Client Specialist on the Commercial Term Lending team to support one or more Client Managers, serve as a main contact for customers, and facilitate the loan application process.

You will request documentation, discuss products and pricing, lock rates when requested, and coordinate with processing teams to move loans forward while growing relationships with customers and real estate brokers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in mortgage lending or inside sales/customer service.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Office suite skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the application process by interfacing with customers and collecting documentation.
• Discuss products, pricing and lock rates at the Client Manager's request.
• Act as liaison between the Client Manager and processing team.
• Review complex files with entity documentation and third-party reports.
• Manage pipeline and update Client Manager on status and borrowers on loan progress.
• Coordinate marketing to customers and brokers and help build client relationships.
• Assist Client Manager to achieve high originations and provide exceptional customer service.
