You will analyze cash flows, model mortgage options, and coordinate from pre-approval to loan funding. A proven sales mindset, CRE experience, and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in commercial real estate or financial services.
• Strong sales drive and ability to contribute on a team or as an independent producer.
• Proficient in financial concepts with strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent time management, verbal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented; follows standard policies.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships through proactive calling, networking, and referrals.
• Contribute to marketing strategy including direct mailings and client events.
• Understand client needs and propose strategies to grow their real estate portfolios.
• Analyze commercial multifamily real estate cash flow and valuations.
