JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Associate in its Commercial Term Lending team, part of the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will contribute to multifamily lending sales, build client relationships, and support end-to-end loan processes with a focus on growth and service excellence.

You will work with the CTL Group, driving marketing efforts and collaborating across teams to serve client needs and close loans efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and financial concepts.
• Excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, team player.
• Professional, thorough, organized and detail oriented; able to follow SOPs.
• Able to identify new sources of business by researching industry and events.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong business relationships through proactive calling of prospects and networking.
• Implement the marketing plan including direct mailings and client events.
• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and offer solutions for portfolio growth.
• Analyze commercial multifamily real estate cash flow and valuations.
• Model financial assumptions to select the best mortgage product for clients.
• Set expectations and manage the loan process from pre-approval through funding.
• Drive the loan package through the process leveraging internal partners.
