Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Santa Monica seeks a Client Specialist for Commercial Term Lending to support Client Managers, resolve client issues, and guide borrowers through the application process.

You will request documents, discuss products and pricing, and collaborate with Treasury Management Officers to understand treasury services. Local market knowledge matters to deliver personalized service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage lending or inside sales/customer service experience.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and office software skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; superior customer service.
• Highly organized, multitask, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loan applications by collecting documentation, discussing products, pricing and quotes.
• Develop knowledge of treasury services products to assist customers opening accounts.
• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer on payments and liquidity sales.
• Partner with TMOs to manage pipeline and ensure timely setup of services and pricing.
• Coordinate between Client Manager and processing team; manage LOI submissions and closings.
• Review complex files and third-party reports to identify potential issues before underwriting.
• Manage pipeline updates and inform Client Manager and borrowers of status.
• Support Client Manager in marketing to customers and brokers; participate in events.
• Set with Client Manager the number of loans to fund to meet annual production goals.
• Help Client Manager achieve high originations and deliver excellent customer service.
