Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Manager (CRE) to lead portfolio management across national or local accounts. You will guide market strategies, drive client communications, and ensure sound financial operations including budgeting and reporting.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, CPM/RPA designation, and a track record of delivering results in real estate management. Travel between properties and leadership responsibilities are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM and/or RPA designation in a senior leadership role.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for markets which are geographically or functionally distinct and implement business unit strategy.
• Develop and maintain communication styles and relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate proactive customer service regarding all aspects of account management.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate and/or prepare reports, annual budgets, and other client documents.
