Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead, oversee, and manage multiple commercial renovation projects for our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have interior workplace experience and a calm, diplomatic approach to take control of situations.

You will manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk; coordinate with clients to define scope, resource needs, and milestones; and mentor project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience sought.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
• Experience with commercial renovation projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices; ability to read drawings.
• Judgment based on analysis of multiple sources; adaptable to new solutions.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of PM for multiple commercial renovation projects including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk.
• Read, interpret, and apply documents affecting real estate projects (agreements, leases, letters, charters, drawings).
• Interface with clients to define project requirements; prepare scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, and risk plans.
• Identify resources; conduct RFQs; perform bid analyses; recommend resources to clients.
• Lead project delivery resources; mentor and direct project teams.
• Track progress against goals; report status and variances; craft action plans.
• Implement change management; assess impacts to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Identify risks; conduct constructability reviews; develop mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance and training as needed; supervise junior staff when required.
• Manage third-party resources and project delivery teams.
