Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate sector.
• Preferred 5 years of experience managing multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee execution of all project phases and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Track costs against program budget and report variances.
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor team performance and guide milestones to completion.
• Run cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication among team members.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
