Bank of America is seeking a Portfolio Management Underwriter to manage and monitor a commercial real estate loan portfolio. You will provide underwriting analysis, risk rating recommendations, and credit approval support for complex client transactions.

You will collaborate with Credit Risk, Relationship Managers, and Underwriters to ensure client needs are addressed, while maintaining adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years commercial credit financial analysis and portfolio management experience
• Commercial Credit Training
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar
• Certificate from accredited real estate educational program
• Large money center bank experience
• CRE portfolio management experience

Aufgaben

• Post-close credit activity including documenting conditions for pre-approved extensions and associated legal documents.
• Monitoring and maintenance on an assigned portfolio: risk rating scorecards, annual sponsor/guarantor financial reviews, covenant compliance, construction monitoring, interest reserve analysis, lease reviews, loan reporting, site inspections.
• Extensions of facilities with defined extension options.
• Collateral analysis, sponsor/guarantor financial analysis, and review of related legal documents.
• Drive process simplification and improvements under management direction.
