• 2+ years commercial credit financial analysis and portfolio management experience
• Commercial Credit Training
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar
• Certificate from accredited real estate educational program
• Large money center bank experience
• CRE portfolio management experience

Responsibilities

• Post close credit activity and document extension conditions
• Monitor and maintain assigned portfolio including risk rating scorecards, covenant compliance, and site inspections
• Handle minor modifications and facility extensions
• Collateral analysis and sponsor/guarantor financial analysis
• Drive process simplification under management direction
