Bank of America is seeking a Portfolio Management Underwriter to manage and analyze a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, focusing on larger/complex client relationships. You will monitor performance, inform risk ratings, and provide underwriting recommendations in collaboration with the Credit Team.

Formación

• 2+ years commercial credit financial analysis and portfolio management experience.
• Commercial Credit Training.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• CRE portfolio management experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Post-close credit activity documentation for extensions and related legal documents.
• Monitor and maintain portfolio: scorecards, reviews, covenant compliance, reports, inspections.
• Handle modifications and extensions for qualified facilities.
• Perform collateral and sponsor/guarantor financial analysis.
• Drive process simplification under management direction.
