Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial statement modeling.
• Strong credit skills with the ability to evaluate strength and weakness of a wide variety of credits.
• Formal credit training program preferred.
• Ability to produce high quality underwriting documents with concise, well-reasoned analysis under tight time constraints.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of regulations governing financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of credit accounts and oversee underwriting processes.
• Lead loan approval discussions and coordinate loan documentation and closings.
• Grow and manage a middle-market portfolio, driving net interest income and loan-related fees.
• Maintain client satisfaction with periodic meetings and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure timely renewals, reviews, and analyses while adhering to policies and risk guidelines.
