Job summary

Colliers in Phoenix is seeking a dynamic Client Services Coordinator, a Marketing & Transactions Coordinator role within Commercial Real Estate. You’ll support brokers and clients with marketing materials, pitch decks, and transaction communications from start to finish.

You will manage proposals, write and design graphics, and handle multiple tasks for the broker team. A Bachelor’s degree and CRE exposure are preferred, with strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Bachelor's degree, preferable in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members and track action items and delivery dates.
• Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and campaign reports.
• Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites and client contract portals for local and regional clients.
• Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade records and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices and tracking payments.
