Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Washington, DC is seeking an Analyst, Capital Markets to support the investment sales advisory team. You will build comprehensive offering packages, run advanced financial models, and manage due diligence and closing activities with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years of CRE financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex data to senior clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis with commercial real estate investment or brokerage preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for sophisticated financial modeling and analysis
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication abilities with client interaction capabilities
• Proven ability to synthesize complex market data into strategic recommendations
• Self-motivated with strong team orientation and time management to handle multiple transactions
• Experience communicating complex analytic and marketing data to senior executives and institutional clients

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive investment sales offering packages with detailed market research, advanced financial modeling, and executive summaries
• Develop sophisticated financial models for various CRE assets using market data
• Manage due diligence, marketing campaigns, and closing activities coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Maintain communication with Producers, market participants, and clients to provide updates and insights
• Analyze feedback and buyer interest to optimize disposition strategies, pricing and positioning
• Demonstrate proficiency with industry databases and research platforms for market trend analysis and client presentations
• Review and analyze leases, loan documents, and appraisals to assess factors affecting valuation and marketability
