CWCapital in Irving, TX is seeking a Loan Servicer to manage the full lifecycle of commercial mortgage loans. You will handle payment processing, escrow administration, onboarding, and ongoing compliance, coordinating with credit and risk teams to mitigate issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in CRE loan servicing, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and customer-service skills.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of commercial mortgage servicing or CRE loan administration experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.

Mansioni

• Manage servicing functions for commercial mortgage loans including payment processing, escrow administration, reserve accounts, and document maintenance.
• Oversee loan onboarding (boarding) with data accuracy and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with servicing agreements, investor requirements, and internal standards.
• Process rate adjustments, escrow analyses, and covenant tracking.
• Monitor loan performance through financial reporting, borrower compliance, and collateral condition.
• Coordinate property inspections, annual reviews, and credit updates; escalate delinquencies as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for borrowers on servicing matters and inquiries; communicate with investors and regulators.
• Oversee loan modifications, assumptions, and payoff calculations; coordinate final documents.
