Job summary

JCW Group is recruiting a Loan Servicing Associate for the DFW area to support the accounting team in back-end loan servicing. You will handle billing, payments, reconciliations, and loan setup in the servicing system, while monitoring rate caps, LOCs, UCCs, reserves, and escrows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan servicing experience, with at least 2 years in CRE loan servicing.
• Knowledge of CRE servicing: closing, boarding, billing, collections, and documents.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise! or similar large-scale servicing system.
• BBA in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send monthly billing statements.
• Process payments, reconcile differences, and handle payoff transactions.
• Review loan/closing documents and set up loans in the servicing system.
• Generate welcome letters and monitor rate caps, LOCs, UCCs, reserves, and escrows.

JCW Group has partnered with a leading commercial real estate finance company to hire a Loan Servicing Associate to join their accounting team in the DFW Area. In this role, you will support back-end loan servicing, from billing statements and reconciliations to tracking all loan repayments. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send monthly billing statements.
• Process incoming payments, reconcile discrepancies between amounts due and received, and process payoff transactions.
• Review loan and closing documents for new loans, set up loans in the servicing system, and generate welcome letters.
• Monitor rate cap agreements, letters of credit, UCCs, reserves, and escrows.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of loan servicing experience, including at least 2 years in commercial real estate loan servicing for multiple capital sources or investors.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate servicing, including loan closing, boarding, billing, collections, and loan documents.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise! or a similar large-scale servicing system.
• BBA in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting preferred, with medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
