Job summary

Lument is seeking an Associate to manage a portfolio of loans by ensuring insurance obligations are met according to loan documents and investor requirements. The role analyzes property, liability, and regional perils to mitigate coverage limits and deductibles through borrower and agent correspondence.

Responsibilities include reviewing renewals, remediating non-compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders to bind adequate coverage annually.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core insurance coverages (Property, Liability, Auto, Crime, Wind/Named Storm, Flood, Earthquake).
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments with deadlines.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Review policy renewals to ensure compliance with loan documents and investor requirements.
• Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through information requests and coordination with agents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with proper notification and escalation as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate portfolio status to management.
• Utilize Servicing System and software to facilitate insurance reviews.
