Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Analyst/Administrator in Temple Terrace, FL for a contract-to-hire hybrid role. You'll create and review lease abstracts, manage amendments, and maintain leases in our property management system, with regular reporting and rent-related calculations.

The position requires at least 3 years in commercial real estate leasing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CAM and pass-through expenses.

Qualifications

Experience with lease abstracts and amendments.
Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate leasing.
Proficiency in Excel with reconciliation and AP/AR.
Familiarity with CAM and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Create and perform abstracts for all new leases and amendments.
Complete abstract packages for review.
Set up and maintain leases in property management software.
Interpret leases and lease languages, enter into the system, and handle reporting.
Maintain pass-through worksheets for CAM and Real Estate Taxes.
Review leases and abstractions.
Calculate percentage rent charges where appropriate.
Input cash receipts and follow SOPs for monthly rent collections.
Work with Property Managers to research outstanding tenant issues.
Maintain data in the database and provide QA for abstracts.
Perform invoice review and ensure alignment with tenant obligations.
Produce monthly rent variance reports and explain variances.
Perform operating expense preliminary reviews with documentation.
Interact with landlords and create standard forms, policies, and procedures.
Produce reports and analyses as required.
