Job summary

CREtelligent in Akron, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support CRE due diligence projects. You’ll coordinate timelines, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients.

This role offers exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with room to grow in project management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate/due diligence a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Assist in gathering and organizing documentation for project kickoff.
• Serve as central contact for internal teams, clients, surveyors, and contractors.
• Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to maintain momentum.
• Provide updates on project status, risks, delays, and developments.
• Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations among stakeholders.
• Maintain organized digital project files and documentation.
• Review incoming materials for completeness and perform quality checks.
• Support budgeting, invoice prep, and CRM/project tools updates.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and client communications.
• Contribute to process improvements for workflow efficiency.
