Job summary

CREtelligent in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an entry‑level Environmental and Assessment Services Coordinator. You’ll support Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments, organize data, and help prepare reports.

This hybrid role offers on‑site three days a week, a collaborative team, generous benefits, and opportunity to grow with senior professionals in CRE due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience, including internships or co-op.
• Strong organization and deadline management.
• Clear written and verbal communication with contractors.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and adapt to updates.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; GIS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental and PCA reports, compile data, ensure consistency.
• Organize and track contractor information and coordination.
• Answer questions and support issue resolution in project tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of client materials and templates.
• Exposure to CRE due diligence including ESAs and related reports.
• Learn environmental processes and tools through mentorship.
• Assist with other CRE due diligence tasks as needed.
