Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned market accounts, focusing on TI and ground-up construction projects. You will be based in the Houston area and collaborate with clients to drive project delivery from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, schedules, risk management, and governance, while guiding a delivery team to meet objectives and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage TI and ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Lead the project delivery team, provide guidance, track progress, and report status and variances.
