Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead TI and ground-up construction efforts for an assigned market in Houston or Phoenix. You will manage all aspects from initiation through occupancy, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver on scope, budget, and schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of construction PM experience, a degree, and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designation preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare scope, budgets, work plans, and schedules with clients.
• Lead the project delivery team and coordinate resources.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across project documents.
