U.S. Bank is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Deposit and Payment Solutions Relationship Manager to manage relationships in the REIT East Market.

The RM will drive the sales process and grow revenue by prospecting for new deposit and payment product and treasury management business and by retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires 10+ years in commercial deposits, treasury management, and relationship management, with CRE knowledge of REITs, developers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years commercial deposit gathering, treasury management and relationship management experience.
• CRE knowledge with REITs, developers and property managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolios with complex transactions and deposits/payments solutions.
• Monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
• Serve as liaison between Commercial Real Estate group and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recommend product and service solutions based on customer data analysis.
• Review financials and accurately forecast balances and revenue.
• Develop deeper relationships by understanding customer business and identifying solutions.
• Coordinate with product partners to implement solutions and ensure superior service.
