Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in commercial credit, public accounting, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in financial modeling and credit metrics.
• Experience with Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg; familiarity with nCino is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new requests and modifications from deal screen through loan approval and life of loan.
• Prepare independent credit analyses with risk ratings, mitigants, and industry considerations.
• Monitor ongoing credit risk via CCM activities and annual/interim reviews.
• Spread financial statements and build cash flow, collateral schedules, and covenant sensitivity analyses.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to maintain timely and accurate risk ratings across portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with Commercial Credit Policy and regulatory standards.
