Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and at least 4 years' experience in commercial credit, public accounting, and financial statement analysis.
• In lieu of a degree, combined minimum 8 years' higher education and work experience including 4 years in commercial credit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit metric analysis.
• Familiarity with legal documents and how to understand structural elements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite new credit requests and modifications from screen through approval and life of loan.
• Monitor ongoing credit risk of existing portfolios via CCM activities.
• Review financial information and determine need for further investigation.
• Prepare credit analyses with risk ratings, mitigants, and trends.
• Recommend credit structures based on base and downside scenarios.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to maintain timely risk ratings.
• Prepare cash flow, collateral schedules, covenant sensitivity, and guarantor analysis.
• Attend client calls to understand business and assess credit-worthiness.
• Present analysis during credit discussions or committees.
• Ensure compliance with Commercial Credit Policy.
