Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and interest in real estate finance required.
• 4–6 years of relevant CRE lending or underwriting experience preferred.
• CPACE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze CPACE transactions and credit.
• Structure CPACE/CRE funding, including tranches and disbursements.
• Lead due diligence with third-party reports and internal teams.
• Coordinate closing activities and post-closing handoffs.
• Support pipeline management and improve processes.
