Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ Years in Construction loan administration and debt asset management.
• 5+ Years Construction loan administration and debt asset management preferred; CPACE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service as the relationship manager after loan closing and guides contractors through the disbursement process.
• Oversees disbursements on energy efficiency projects and tracks draw requests, interest, and reporting.
• Ensures asset activity is communicated to lenders, administrators, and accountants in advance.
• Identifies risks and project setbacks through review of budgets, title docs, and site inspections.
• Works with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, engineers/inspectors, attorneys and borrowers to resolve issues.
• Ensures construction projects adhere to Loan Agreement conditions and regulatory standards.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
