Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in loan operations, CRE loan closing, construction disbursement, or related role.
• Ability to review and interpret loan documentation, budgets, and draw requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Execute construction loan closings based on approved credit terms, applying judgment to required documents and closing conditions.
• Process loan files from approval through funding, identifying gaps to resolve prior to closing.
• Review and interpret loan documents, construction budgets, and draw schedules for funding eligibility.
• Administer construction loan disbursements and verify supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, and internal teams to facilitate closings.
• Support loan booking, funding, and ongoing updates in internal systems.
• Assist with loan amendments, extensions, renewals, and modifications.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation in systems.
