Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Loan Support Analyst to join the Midland Group's Commercial Real Estate Collateral Analysis Department.

Based in the Midland footprint, you will ensure collateral performance, compliance, and risk management for commercial properties, focusing on daily collateral operations and borrower statements. The role involves review of loan agreements, processing servicing activities, and supporting reporting, covenant testing, and onboarding of new loans.

Qualifications

Degree or experience in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience with or knowledge of financial analysis.
Customer Service skills and or experience.
Professional business writing and correspondence skills.
Attention to detail with strong follow up skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documentation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in loan servicing activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system.
May assist in onboarding new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans.
