This opportunity is for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal & Closing Coordinator with a temporary-to-permanent potential, based in New York. The role focuses on transaction support, deal coordination, document management, and closings within a busy real estate practice.

Responsibilities include coordinating closings, tracking deliverables, and managing virtual deal rooms, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communication across lenders, borrowers, title companies, and attorneys.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience supporting commercial real estate matters or transactions.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate closing processes and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines across multiple transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate commercial real estate closings across multiple transactions.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and closing checklists.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, borrowers, title companies, and other parties.
• Maintain organized virtual deal rooms and transaction files.
• Collect and organize due diligence materials and third-party reports.
• Prepare execution copies, signature packages, and document distribution.
• Assemble closing binders and final documents.
• Assist with document preparation using templates and forms.
• Support attorneys with coordination of high-volume transactions.
• Use AI tools to support efficient workflows.
