Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial real estate closings across multiple transactions.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and closing checklists.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, borrowers, title companies, and other parties.
• Maintain organized virtual deal rooms and transaction files.
• Collect and organize due diligence materials and third-party reports.
• Prepare execution copies, signature packages, and document distribution.
• Assemble closing binders and final documents.
• Assist with document preparation using templates and forms.
• Support attorneys with coordination of high-volume transactions.
• Use AI tools to support efficient workflows.
