Job summary

Matthews™ is seeking energetic associates to join a growth-focused commercial real estate team in California. You will start with Matthews™ University and engage in hands-on mentorship to develop client relationships and transactional skills.

You will learn valuation, market research, and investment analysis while using Artemis CRM and Apollo marketing tools to drive leads and performance. A fast-paced, collaborative culture awaits ambitious professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Obtain a real estate salesperson license in the state you are located within 120 days of start date, if not already licensed.
Coachable attitude with a desire for continuous improvement and personal growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to challenges.

Responsibilities

Complete Matthews™ University training program to gain commercial real estate sales and brokerage expertise.
Participate in the Matthews™ Mentor/Mentee Program for early career guidance.
Proactively reach out to commercial property owners to build relationships and identify opportunities to transact, lease, or finance assets.
Develop expertise in property valuation, market research, and investment analysis.
Confidently make introductory and follow-up outreach to investors and clients.
Leverage Artemis CRM and Apollo marketing tools to manage leads and track performance.
Collaborate with Market Leaders and top producers in a high-energy team environment.
