Matthews™ invites ambitious professionals to join as Commercial Real Estate Associates. You will begin with Matthews University, gaining industry expertise and mentorship while building relationships with owners, investors, and clients.

You will develop skills in valuation, market research, and investment analysis, using Artemis CRM and Apollo for lead management. You’ll collaborate with market leaders in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, with uncapped earning potential and clear pathways

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent).
Proven drive, discipline, and integrity in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

Complete Matthews University training program to gain expertise in real estate sales and brokerage.
Participate in mentor/mentee program for guided early career development.
Reach out to property owners and investors to build relationships and identify opportunities.
Develop expertise in property valuation, market research, and investment metrics.
Make introductory and follow-up outreach to investors and clients.
Leverage Artemis and Apollo to manage leads and track performance.
Collaborate with Market Leaders and top producers in a team-oriented environment.
