Job summary

State of South Carolina is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Office of Mental Health, Pathways program, Hopkins, SC. You will oversee CRCF operations, ensure compliance with OMH, DHEC, CMS and DHHS standards, and supervise on-site staff around the clock.

The role requires a CRCFA license, a social sciences degree, and several years in rehabilitative services, with on-site leadership responsibilities and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences.
• Four years of experience in rehabilitative services, at least six months in a CRCF setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate and supervise the OMH CRCF to meet OMH, DHEC, CMS and DHHS standards.
• Delegate workload, develop staff schedule, train staff and recruit new staff.
• Review program issues and client progress; ensure timely reporting; supervise on-call duties.
