Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Mental Health, Pathways, Hopkins, SC, seeks a Program Coordinator II to lead the CRCF program and ensure compliance with OMH, DHEC, CMS and DHHS standards.

You will supervise 24/7 on-site staff, recruit, train, and schedule, manage reports, and coordinate program operations to promote residents' health and recovery while maintaining budget and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences and four (4) years of experience in rehabilitative services, at least six (6) months in a CRCF setting.
• Active Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCFA) license from SC Board of Long-Term Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate and supervise the OMH CRCF; ensure compliance with OMH, DHEC, CMS and DHHS standards.
• Delegate workload; develop staff schedule; train and recruit staff.
• Ensure staff participation in meetings; provide feedback per standards; maintain corporate compliance.
• Complete reports relevant to residents' progress; submit timely reports.
• Perform duties related to supervisory on-call assignments.
