This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health, Pathways, 5640 Lower Richland Blvd. Hopkins, SC 29061.
As the CRCF Administrator / Program Coordinator II, working under direct supervision of the Program Manager, you will act as Administrator for OMH CRCF Pathways. You will be responsible for continuing development of Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCF), to include supervision and implementation of daily program and services. You will coordinate hiring and supervision of 24-hour, seven days per week on site aid level staff. All services and documentation will be provided in compliance with OMH, Corporate Compliance, DHHS, CMS and DHEC Standards.

Do you have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in social sciences and four (4) years of experience in rehabilitative services with at least six (6) months of experience in a CRCF setting?
Do you have an active CRCFA license from the SC Board of Long-Term Health Care?
Do you have a current/valid driver's license?
