Job summary

The State of South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Mental Health, Pathways, Hopkins, is seeking a Program Coordinator II to oversee the CRCF program and ensure compliance with OMH, CMS and DHHS standards.

Responsibilities include supervising 24/7 staff, coordinating hiring and scheduling, and maintaining program operations within budget while promoting resident wellbeing and recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences and four years in rehabilitative services.
• Active CRCF Administrator license from SC Board of Long-Term Health Care.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and supervise the OMH CRCF within budget and standards.
• Oversee daily program operations and on-site staff supervision 24/7.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training and recruitment.
• Prepare reports on resident progress and program issues.
• Handle on-call supervisory duties as needed.
