Job summary

Calvert Systems Engineering, Incorporated in Hampton, VA seeks a Training Management lead to develop, plan, and implement CRC training and evaluation programs for DoD operations. You will coordinate formal training, review documentation, and ensure materials stay current with operational needs.

The role requires active SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and substantial experience coordinating with USAF HQ staff and units.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required for this role.
• U.S. citizenship is required to hold a U.S. government clearance.
• Experience leading CRC training and evaluation programs.
• Ability to develop training guidance and track performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating with USAF HQ staff and units at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on development, planning, establishment, and implementation of CRC training and evaluation programs.
• Oversee formal CRC training programs (IQT, MQT, CT) and advise on issues.
• Maintain CRC Master Training Lists and provide leadership with training guidance.
• Publish formal AF bi-annual guidance for CRC weapons system training and evaluation.
• Plan, organize and conduct CRC training and support conferences.
• Provide support for CRC exercise simulation and readiness initiatives.
• Review and input training data to support CRC readiness programs.
• Lead syllabus reviews and communicate inputs and changes to FTU course syllabi.
