Job summary

Calvert Systems is seeking a CRC & BCC Integration and Training Systems Support professional to liaison with program offices, MAJCOMs, and other agencies on CRC capabilities and modernization efforts.

You will manage distributed training activities, evaluate training system requirements, and advise on operational impacts and fielding decisions while coordinating with leadership and major commands.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of USAF AFSC experience or DoW equivalent.
• 3+ years CRC training/operations experience.
• 3+ years distributed training systems experience.
• 3+ years coordinating with MAJCOM/staff and leadership.
• 4+ years Information Assurance accreditation experience for training systems.
• 4+ years project/program management with senior-level responsibility.
• Experience working in USAF HQ staff environments and preparing staff-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program offices, MAJCOMs, and other agencies to stay current on CRC capabilities and policies.
• Participate in exercises, tests, and planning events to sustain and modernize CRC infrastructure.
• Serve as CRC Distributed Mission Operations training focal point and define requirements.
• Assess and coordinate current and emerging CRC training system requirements with Air Force and program offices.
• Review and validate sourcing solutions for CRC exercise requirements.
• Support ATO/ATC/ISA requirements and advise on fielding decisions.
• Develop and validate acquisition documentation (AF Form 1067, FCDs) and coordinate with leadership.
• Provide technical and functional support for CSP logistics, integration, and training systems.
• Advise leadership on improvements to CRC processes and doctrine.
