Calvert Systems is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the CRC Mission Support Lifecycle Management and Sustainment efforts in Hampton, VA. The role requires ensuring operational employment aligns with organizational needs and delivers monthly metrics to leadership.

You will manage the full lifecycle of mission support equipment, develop sustainment strategies, and coordinate with program offices to stay current on system capabilities. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in one of USAF mission support or maintenance roles or equivalent DoW code.
• 3 years with CRC weapons system or comparable mission support or maintenance functions.
• 3 years with USAF provisioning processes, technical order development, maintenance training, and allowance source requirements.
• 4 years as a project/program manager with senior-level responsibilities.
• Experience in USAF HQ Staff environments and briefing staff-level leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in development, planning, and implementation of CRC mission support functions.
• Oversee lifecycle of CRC mission support equipment from acquisition to decommissioning with lifecycle plans and metrics.
• Offer analytical and technical support to improve CRC processes, doctrine, and training requirements.
• Develop sustainment strategies, maintenance concepts, and fielding plans for modifications.
• Coordinate with program offices, MAJCOM, and other agencies to stay current on weapon system capabilities.
• Assess deficiencies, propose modifications, and coordinate with leadership on improvements.
• Participate as SME in CRC exercises, tests, and modernization activities.
• Prepare training inputs for CRC mission support personnel and ensure readiness.
