Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently manage daily study activities, ensure protocol compliance, and protect patient safety within complex, multi-site trials.

The role partners with patients, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive enrollment success and high-quality execution across gastroenterology, hepatology, cardiology, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCR C/C RPC certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up to closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment, consent discussions, and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required visits, assessments, and procedures per GCP and SOPs.
• Maintain study documentation and data entry, resolving data queries promptly.
