Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate industry-sponsored trials across start-up to closeout. You will manage visit schedules, support enrollment goals, and ensure GCP compliance with site SOPs.

The role involves patient interactions, data integrity, and collaboration with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams to drive high-quality trial execution.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with CTMS/EDC systems and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored trials from study start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and enrollment tracking to support goals.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and procedures in line with GCP and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and handle monitoring visits and audits.
• Maintain data quality, resolve queries, and ensure investigator review of safety reports.
