Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily trial activities and ensure protocol compliance. You will drive patient enrollment, manage visit schedules, and maintain study documentation across complex studies.

With a focus on high-quality execution, you’ll collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams while upholding GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/healthcare field.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCR CRC or CCRP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex visit schedules and protocol activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment, outreach, and enrollment tracking to support goals.
• Conduct protocol visits and appropriate procedures per GCP and site SOPs.
• Maintain study documentation, data entry, and timely data queries.
• Prepare for sponsor/CRO/regulatory visits and audits.
