Zusammenfassung

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily study activities and ensure protocol compliance, regulatory standards, and patient safety across GI, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology trials.

You will collaborate with patients, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive enrollment, data integrity, and high-quality study execution in a fast-paced environment, maintaining rigorous GCP/HIPAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software.
• Familiarity with CTMS or EDC systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Independently coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex visit schedules and protocol-related activities.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention including outreach and consent discussions.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP and SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required procedures including vital signs, ECGs, and phlebotomy as allowed.
• Process laboratory specimens and prepare shipments per protocol and IATA rules.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and timely data entry.
• Serve as primary contact for study participants and sponsors.
• Support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain inventory of study equipment and investigational products onsite.
