Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily trial activities, ensure protocol compliance, and support patient safety across multiple sites. You will partner with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive high-quality study execution and enrollment success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in science/healthcare required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CTMS and EDC systems; familiarity with CTMS/EDC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex visit schedules and protocol-related activities.
• Lead patient recruitment and enrollment tracking to meet goals.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and procedures per GCP and SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required procedures including vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and phlebotomy as allowed.
• Process laboratory specimens and shipments per protocol and regulations.
• Maintain accurate, complete study documentation and data entry.
• Serve as primary contact for study participants and monitor sponsor communications.
• Support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits and audits.
• Maintain inventory of study equipment, supplies, and investigational products.
