Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily study activities and ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. You will work with patients, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive enrollment and high-quality study execution.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience are required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology areas is preferred.
• CCRC or CCRP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Manage complex visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention including chart reviews and informed consent.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and procedures per GCP and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and timely data entry; resolve data queries.
• Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits and inspections.
