Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and facilitate crane technician learning activities.
• Support inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of cranes.
• Work with safety procedures and environmental policies.
• Coordinate maintenance with the on-duty manager during shifts.
• Identify equipment issues and assist with repairs as skills develop.
